Jewel Box Hawaii is a custom jewelry studio based in Honolulu, Hawaii. We provide custom jewelry design, restoration and repair, hand engraving, gem identification, appraisals, and estate and gem advisory services. Services are offered by appointment.
3. Use of this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Jewelry designs shown on this site, including our Hawaiian heirloom and Aloha Pauahi pieces, remain the intellectual property of Jewel Box Hawaii and its collaborators.
5. Product and service information
We work to keep descriptions on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete, current, or free of error. Because our work is custom, photographs are representative. Metal color, stone character, engraving, and finish will vary from piece to piece. Natural gemstones are unique and no two are identical.
6. Quotes, estimates and appointments
Any price, timeline, or estimate discussed through this site or in an initial consultation is an estimate, not a binding quote. Final pricing and timing depend on the design, the materials, the condition of any existing piece, and current metal and stone market conditions. A project is confirmed only when both parties agree in writing.
Submitting an inquiry through this site does not create a contract or reserve any piece, appointment, or material.
7. Appraisals and valuations
An appraisal we provide states a value for a stated purpose, such as insurance replacement, estate settlement, or fair market value, as of the date of the appraisal. Values change over time with metal prices, market conditions, and the condition of the piece. An appraisal prepared for one purpose should not be relied on for another.
An appraisal is a professional opinion of value. It is not a guarantee of resale price, an offer to purchase, tax advice, or legal advice. You are responsible for confirming that any appraisal meets the requirements of your insurer, attorney, or tax advisor.
8. Educational content on this site
Articles, guides, and blog posts published here are for general education only. They are not professional appraisal, financial, insurance, tax, or legal advice, and they do not create a client relationship. Always seek advice specific to your situation and your particular piece.

10. Customer property
Any piece left with us for repair, restoration, appraisal, or redesign is handled under the terms agreed at the time of intake, not under these website terms. Nothing on this site constitutes an agreement regarding the handling, storage, insurance, or return of your property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
