Jewel Box Hawaii is owned by Steve, a graduate gemologist trained in gemology, jewelry manufacturing, design and appraisal. Every custom piece, restoration and appraisal that comes through the shop is handled by him in Honolulu rather than sent away, which is why a design can be adjusted mid-process and an heirloom never leaves the island.
